PICKUP & RETURN
• By appointment

BOND
• Bond pre-authorisation required on the day of hire.
• Bond Refund after 5 working days into same bank account
• 2 ID's required with current address

LATE RETURNS

• Late Returns  charges apply unless prior arrangements made

CONFIRMATION
• Hire items will not be confirmed  for hire unless full payment received and cleared in account 
• Change of mind won't be accepted after hire items  taken from warehouse please check carefully

  • DELIVERY
    • Delivery charges apply on the area for delivery 
    • Ground floor delivery or extra charges apply
    • Minimum order of $250 for delivery service
    • Delivery is door to door

DAMAGES
• Breakages and damages will incur market rate to be deducted off the bond 
• Any items received damaged or broken must  informed our staff immediately
• Cancellations week before or full rent charges apply

CLEANING
• All glass crockery catering items  washed and returned clean
• All sashes untied returned  ready for our laundry

SETUP
•  Setup charges apply

PROPERTY
All hire items belong to decorum events

LINEN
• All linen returned unwashed
• All sashes must be untied and put in bundles of 10 or charges apply

CROCKERY
• Returned clean or cleaning fee $50.00 will be deducted off bond
